Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
- Maintain precise records of medication transactions and patient interactions
- Support medication administration processes, including labeling and packaging
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals and patients
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the pharmacy workspace to uphold cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospital or pharmacy setting is preferred
- Pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $17.01-$20.00 per hour
