We are seeking a Facilities Repair Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment, facilities, and systems.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairs across various areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our property and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, systems, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
- Assist with facility improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or after hours as needed.
