Part and Parcel is looking for an experienced Senior Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We focus on seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and creating exceptional food in a positive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and enjoys helping others grow.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items to a high standard during service
- Lead your station with consistency, organization, and efficiency
- Support and mentor junior cooks while fostering a positive team environment
- Assist with prep, ordering, inventory, and daily kitchen organization as needed
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Work closely with the Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Step into a leadership role during service and help drive a successful shift
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional line cooking experience
- Previous leadership or senior line cook experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Passion for scratch cooking and working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a scratch kitchen or a restaurant focused on local, seasonal food is preferred
