About Us
OneRoot is a Canadian producer of premium raw honey and natural food products. We supply customers across Canada and internationally through our online store, retail partners, and wholesale distributors. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our operations team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and production support. You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while helping keep our warehouse organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate LTL freight shipments and carrier pickups
- Manage order fulfillment using Shopify and CIN7
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Receive incoming shipments and stock products
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product purchasing
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with food manufacturing and packaging as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support continuous improvements to warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Comfortable learning new computer software and online applications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently after training
- Comfortable lifting up to 35 lb repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Assets
- Experience with Shopify and/or CIN7
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Inventory management experience
- Forklift certification or experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or food production
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and LTL freight
