Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites using hand tools.
- Support construction-related tasks such as carpentry, flooring installation, and tile laying.

- Follow safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools and basic construction activities.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Prior experience in carpentry or related fields is a plus.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
