Job Description
- Provide technical support and first line troubleshooting to end users via ticketing system, email, phone, and in person
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot workstations and related hardware and software
- Perform on-site diagnosis and corrective actions for workstation, printer, and peripheral issues
- AS400 ERP troubleshooting, including CAPP ERP / AS400 support, business process understanding, data investigation, and vendor liaison
- Load pre-created KPIs into the ERP and related systems
- Document internal IT processes and create user-facing documentation
- Perform Active Directory user and group maintenance
- Maintain intranet access control groups
- Administer and maintain accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Provide intermediate network support, including VLAN coordination and troubleshooting internet connectivity
- Monitor and test network performance and report findings
- Complete internal Gold Standard infrastructure audits
- Perform server and security audits as required
- Configure kiosk devices and deploy PiSignage/Xibo digital signage systems
- Support telephony system maintenance
- Support security and camera systems
- Assist with branch acquisitions, including data reporting, data uploads, and deployment of end-user or network devices
Education and other Requirements
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Solid understanding of the CAPP ERP / AS400 system, including business processes, troubleshooting, and data investigation
- Excellent technical knowledge of PC components, workstation hardware, and peripheral devices
- Working knowledge of modern operating systems, networking fundamentals, and common technical protocols
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and end-user devices
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- 2–3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations, or equivalent experience
- College diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
