Skilled Labourer

Full-Time | $22–$30/hr (based on experience)
Ziska Contracting is hiring a reliable Skilled Labourer to support residential construction projects including decks, fences, pergolas, additions, and custom outdoor builds.
We run organized, professional job sites and expect the same from our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with layout, framing, and installs
- Material handling and site prep
- Operating basic power tools
- Demolition and clean-up
- Maintaining a safe, organized worksite
Requirements:
- 1+ year construction experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Shows up on time — every time
