Our high-quality, energy-efficient heat pumps meet energy subsidy standards to reduce carbon emissions and improve quality of life. As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you won't just be "posting to social media"—you will be the voice of the brand. You will bridge the gap between our high-tech products and the people who use them, from local contractors to Canadian homeowners looking to save on their energy bills.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Campaign Management: Develop and execute a content calendar across LinkedIn (for B2B/Dealers) and Instagram/Facebook/XiaoHongShu (for B2C). Focus on building community, showcasing installs, and educating the public on heat pump technology.
- Brand Awareness: Identify opportunities to increase TOSOT’s visibility in the Canadian market. This includes managing SEO/SEM oversight and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Design & Creative: Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality digital assets, brochures, dealer kits, and sales flyers that look as premium as our products.
- Event Coordination: Lead the charge for trade shows (like CMPX or regional HVAC shows). You’ll handle everything from booth design and logistics to on-site lead generation.
- Internal & External Communication:
o External: Draft press releases and monthly newsletters for our dealer network.
o Internal: Keep the sales and ops teams aligned with exciting updates on product launches and company milestones.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing or communication, preferably in a technical or "hard goods" industry (HVAC, Construction, or Home Improvement is a major plus).
- The "Swiss Army Knife" Skillset: You can write a compelling blog post, design a professional flyer, and coordinate a trade show shipment all in the same week.
- Communication: Exceptional English writing skills (French is a significant asset in the Canadian market).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing software (ConstantContact/Mailchimp), and basic graphic design.
