Role: Business Analyst – Procurement & Operations (Ivalua)

We are seeking a Full Time Business Analyst – Procurement & Operations (Ivalua) with strong experience in procurement processes, business requirements, and Ivalua solutions. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to define future-state processes, system enhancements, and business outcomes
- Gather and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes using Ivalua
- Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes
- Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements
- Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios
- Support system configuration validation and testing activities
- Coordinate UAT, training, and production rollout activities
- Collaborate with architects, developers, operations, and business teams
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives
- Strong Business Analysis experience in Procurement and Operations
- Hands-on Ivalua experience
- Strong Source-to-Pay process knowledge
- Experience with Vendor and Contract Management
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Strong UAT and testing experience
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
