VCut Beauty Bar is looking for a talented, passionate, and client-focused Hair Stylist & Esthetician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform a variety of beauty treatments, and promote a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase skills in skincare and hair while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering retail sales. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of sanitation, and a passion for the beauty industry.
What you'll do:
Perform the following:
Hair Services
- Women’s and men’s haircuts
- Blowouts and styling
- Hair colouring, toning, highlights, balayage
- Hair treatments such as keratin, smoothing, scalp care, and deep conditioning
- Hair consultations and service recommendations
Esthetic Services
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Waxing / threading
- Brow shaping / tinting
- Skin consultations and product recommendations
- Support with laser or advanced services
Client Experience
- Provide professional consultations and personalized recommendations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room/station standards
- Ensure clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident
Team & Growth
- Support salon promotions and monthly goals
- Upsell retail products and service packages where appropriate
- Contribute to a positive, stylish, team-oriented environment
- Stay updated on trends, techniques, and beauty industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a beauty therapist and hairdresser.
- MUST be licensed and trained in hair and esthetics
- Laser services experience and certification is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon or spa environment.
- Ability to perform ALL the treatments as mentioned above.
- Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote products and services.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with hospitality experience for guest interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently at the front desk managing appointments and guest inquiries.
- A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi preferred.
