We’re building a modern digital services company focused on helping small businesses establish, manage, and grow their online presence. Our services include website development, business email solutions, website management, digital support, and outsourced technology services.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who wants to be involved in building a business, not simply working for one.
This is an opportunity to become a Founding Sales Partner and play a key role in shaping the growth of the company. You’ll work directly with the founder to develop sales strategies, acquire new clients, and help establish the foundation for a scalable business.
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Location
This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere in Canada. A personal computer and reliable internet connection are required.
However, preference will be given to candidates located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as occasional in-person meetings, networking opportunities, and local business development activities may be beneficial as the company grows.
About the Opportunity
Unlike a traditional sales role, this position is intended for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping grow a company from its early stages.
You’ll have significant input into how we acquire clients, position our services, and grow the business. As the company expands, there may be opportunities for increased responsibility and long-term partnership.
Responsibilities
● Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold email outreach, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
● Identify and engage small business owners and decision-makers.
● Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
● Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments.
● Present solutions and proposals to prospective clients.
● Close new business opportunities.
● Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy.
● Assist in refining service offerings, pricing, and customer acquisition processes.
● Represent the company professionally and act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
Qualifications
Required
● Proven experience in B2B sales.
● Strong experience with cold lead generation and outbound prospecting.
● Experience selling technology, software, web development, digital marketing, IT services, telecommunications, SaaS, or related business solutions.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
● Comfortable operating in a startup environment.
● Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred
● Experience selling websites, managed services, digital marketing, or technology solutions.
● Existing network of small business contacts.
● Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
● Understanding of common technology and online presence challenges faced by small businesses.
● Located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.
Compensation is directly tied to the revenue generated from the clients you bring into the business, providing unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone who believes in their sales abilities and is motivated by performance-based earnings rather than a traditional salary structure.
