Concession Attendants Level lI (NexSource Recreation Centre)
Starting Wage - $18.32/hour plus tip sharing (Casual Hours)
Availability required for Days, Evenings and Weekends
Concession Attendants are responsible for performing a variety of duties including food preparation for both the concession and lounge, banquet preparation, cash handling and inventory with an emphasis on high quality customer service.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Taking Concession Orders and Processing Payments
- Prepare/Cook and serve food orders for the Concession/Lounge
- Preparation, delivery, presentation and setup of banquets
- Assist with supply ordering and inventory
- Maintain the concession and equipment in an organized, clean, welcoming manner at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Promote, support and enforce all Health and Safety guidelines, safe work practices, safety data sheets, Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements and Alberta Health Services requirements for food handling
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a fast paced food service environment
- Customer Service and Line Cooking Experience Required
- 18 years of age to work licensed events
- Proof of RCMP based Criminal Record Check required
- Alberta Food Safety Basics online course
- Standard First Aid with CPR preferred
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License Preferred
