Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality medical treatment and patient-centered care. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, utilizing expertise in acute care and pain management.
- Manage medication administration and oversee treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies, ensuring accurate documentation using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care, including home care services when necessary.
- Perform routine procedures, including immunizations, minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, current practices, and emerging healthcare trends through ongoing research and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while maintaining meticulous medical records.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice as a Family Physician.
- Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics preferred; experience in research or specialized fields such as pain management or pediatrics is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Epic, Cerner electronic health record systems, and general medical office procedures.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience in data collection, medication administration, and managing acute care cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams focused on delivering holistic healthcare solutions.
- Prior experience in home care services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Pay: $300,000.00-$500,000.00 per year
