Coast Utility Contracting Ltd. (Coast) is looking for an experienced, highly dependable Dump Truck Driver in Victoria, BC. The Dump Truck Driver will be responsible for driving and operating a dump truck and pup to transport and dump earthmoving materials.
Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of tandem dump trucks with pup trailers to deliver equipment and materials,
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance checks,
- Maintain logbook for each trip, and
- Other labour duties, as required.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience driving commercial vehicles and pulling trailers,
- Valid Class 1 Non-Restricted License,
- Clean driver’s abstract,
- First aid certification is considered an asset,
- Unwavering commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct, and
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
