Our automotive membership programs provide customers with access to a wide range of repair services for small- to medium-area vehicle damage. Using SMART repair technology, our trained technicians can perform targeted repairs efficiently while reducing the time, cost, and material waste often associated with traditional repair methods.
We work closely with automotive dealerships to provide convenient, technology-driven vehicle-care solutions, including cosmetic paint repair, paintless dent repair, rim repair, tire services, interior repair, and other eligible services.
As we continue expanding our mobile repair capabilities, service network, and dealership partnerships across Canada, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop new dealership relationships, strengthen existing accounts, and lead sales growth throughout the assigned territory.
Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Lifeline’s regional sales strategy. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with dealership owners, Dealer Principals, General Managers, General Sales Managers, Finance Directors, F&I Managers, and other key decision-makers.
This is a field-based B2B sales position suited to a motivated automotive professional who understands dealership operations, can develop long-term business relationships, and has a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with automotive dealerships and dealer groups.
- Establish and maintain relationships with dealership owners, senior management, sales departments, and F&I teams.
- Present Lifeline’s automotive membership programs and service solutions to prospective dealer partners.
- Negotiate dealership agreements and support the onboarding of new accounts.
- Develop regional sales plans and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase sales penetration and program performance within existing dealership accounts.
- Conduct regular dealership visits, sales meetings, product presentations, and staff training sessions.
- Train dealership sales and F&I teams on Lifeline’s programs, customer benefits, eligibility requirements, and sales processes.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to improve results.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective and existing accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, account updates, and performance summaries for senior management.
- Work closely with Lifeline’s operations, customer service, marketing, and management teams to support dealer partners.
- Represent Lifeline professionally at dealership meetings, automotive events, conferences, and industry functions.
- Monitor regional market activity, dealership needs, and competitive developments.
- Ensure all program information is presented accurately, professionally, and in accordance with company policies.
Qualification
- At least five years of successful B2B sales, business development, territory management, or account-management experience.
- Automotive dealership, F&I, automotive aftermarket, vehicle-protection product, warranty, tire and wheel, or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships within the automotive dealership industry are considered a significant asset.
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and achieve measurable sales targets.
- Experience presenting products and training dealership sales or F&I teams.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and decision-making structures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple dealership accounts and opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and sales-reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s licence, clean driving record, and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.
Work Location: In person, with regular travel to dealership partners within the assigned territory.
Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
