We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and performance.
This is a senior leadership role suited for a professional who thrives in structured, high-expectation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between Front of House and Back of House while maintaining exceptional guest standards.
This role requires strong operational discipline, financial oversight, and leadership presence.
Leadership and Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth FOH and BOH coordination.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Corporate and Outlet Head Chef to deliver an elevated dining experience.
Guest Experience:
- Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction, addressing feedback with professionalism.
- Create a refined and welcoming environment aligned with the brand’s vision.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets, P&L, and key performance indicators to achieve business goals.
- Optimize labour costs and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Maintain consistency with the brand’s service standards and operating procedures.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to build a cohesive, motivated team.
- Conduct regular team briefings and professional development sessions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the General Manager and Ownership team to align outlet performance with group objectives.
- Provide regular operational and financial reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in upscale or fine dining.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations while maintaining service excellence.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on staff development.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of South Asian cuisine or fine dining concepts is an asset but not required.
