Mimico Cruising Club is currently seeking energetic and service-driven Bartenders and Server's to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, waterfront environment supporting a busy pub-style restaurant and a full calendar of events, including weddings, banquets, and member functions.
Compensation:
$17.60 per hour + tips
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members and guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure an exceptional dining experience (servers)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Ensure compliance with Smart Serve and responsible alcohol service standards
- Support large-scale events, banquets, and private functions
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
