Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, dining spaces, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Demonstrate excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Experience
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction and effective communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is highly desirable

Pay: $17.60-$29.13 per hour
