Job Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders accurately (in-store, online, and delivery platforms)
- Preparing food items including pizza, sides, and beverages according to Freshslice standards
- Handling cash, debit, and credit transactions responsibly
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
