Responsibilities
- Prior experience in operating farm machinery is required.
- Operate heavy farm machinery such as tractors, harvesters, plows, and irrigation systems with precision and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with irrigation setup, adjustments, and monitoring to support healthy crop growth.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and infrastructure, identifying issues early and troubleshooting mechanical problems as needed.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks involving supplies, equipment parts, or harvested produce safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating farm machinery and heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in outdoor environments.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and general farm maintenance routines.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in all weather conditions.
- Prior experience in operating farm machinery is required.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
