We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Associates who take pride in creating exceptional first impressions for our guests. Every clean plays a vital role in delivering the five-star experiences Grey Bruce Cottages is known for.

Position
Seasonal Part-Time
Hours are based on guest arrivals and departures and will vary throughout the season. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning Associate, you’ll prepare cottages for arriving guests by:
- Completing detailed vacation rental turnover cleans
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces to our 5-star standard
- Making beds with fresh linens and preparing guest-ready bedrooms
- Restocking guest amenities and household essentials
- Completing quality inspections before guest arrival
- Reporting maintenance concerns, damages and missing inventory
- Assisting with seasonal deep cleans and special projects
- Working closely with our Cleaning Leads, Onsite Operations and Customer Success teams

Hospitality or cleaning experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and digital checklists
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to walk multiple flights of stairs throughout the day
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Available to work weekends and holidays during peak season
Scheduling Expectations
Our business changes daily based on guest bookings.
Successful candidates must:
- Be willing to clean any Grey Bruce Cottages property as assigned throughout the Bruce Peninsula.
- Be flexible as schedules may change based on operational needs.
- Be dependable during our busiest turnover days.
To ensure our Owners and Guests receive exceptional service, candidates must not maintain outside cleaning commitments that create scheduling conflicts or interfere with their responsibilities at Grey Bruce Cottages.
