- Oversee CPE or Network operations (e.g., Receiving, Picking, Coordinators, Shipping, Reverse Logistics, RMAs, Direct Fulfillment, Logistics Specialists).
- Train and support employees on procedures and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high-quality output.
- Assign duties, monitor production goals, and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to established work standards and provide ongoing training.
- Prepare and review daily and weekly operational reports (e.g., attendance, processes) and report any deficiencies to the supervisor.
- Support team members with day-to-day operational challenges.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and managers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Comply with Lean principles and 6S standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Essential Skills And Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Previous experience managing a team is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
