Land & Investment Group at Royal LePage Commercial is a fast-growing team seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented AI-Enabled Marketing Sales Assistant to join us as a full-time independent contractor. Based in our North York, Toronto office. This role supports a high-performing commercial real estate team and provides the opportunity to build deep market knowledge across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) while contributing to a modern, tech-forward workflow.
The successful candidate will play a key role in marketing & sales. Responsibilities include conducting outreach campaigns to help generate new business, manage our marketing campaigns, collecting and validating commercial development project information; sourcing and synthesizing market intelligence; maintaining records and systems; and preparing presentation materials. This position involves regular use of Microsoft Office 365, HubSpot CRM, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong working knowledge of applied AI tools, as well as confidence in client-facing prospecting and upselling, are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with prospective clients and using AI to improve speed, accuracy, and quality.
Duties
- Manage a weekly client outreach campaign by phone and/or email
Use AI tools to accelerate research, structure information, improve written outputs, and streamline repetitive tasks
- Manage our online sales and market out reach campaigns
- Maintain confidential department records and office files using cloud-based file systems
- Draft, edit, and format presentation materials, including, agreements, RFPs, marketing decks, listing proposals, email campaigns, and document templates
- Organize, update, and maintain client and property databases using CRM tools
- Research and produce market statistics reports
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
- Work both independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education; college diploma or university degree, preferred
- Demonstrated hands-on AI capability, including working knowledge of modern AI tools and the ability to apply them safely and effectively in daily business processes
- Experience using cloud-based and organizational tools such as CRM platforms, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in marketing, or sales
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning about new products and market trends

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
