We are seeking an outgoing, highly organized Server with fine-dining experience to deliver exceptional service. You are the face of our guest experience—empathetic, present, and skilled at building a warm rapport with guests. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Maintain high standards of customer service, conversing warmly and anticipating guest needs.
- Multitasking: Seamlessly juggle between evening floor service and efficiently packing takeout/delivery dishes.
- Station Care: Detail and maintain spotless tables, furniture, and cutlery to pristine fine-dining standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in a fine-dining environment.
- Deeply empathetic, highly organized, and fully present on the floor.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage high-volume dine-in and packed orders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential to be successful in the role.
