Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
- Cook pizzas using ovens, ensuring they meet quality standards and are served hot and fresh
- Assist in food handling tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products are prepared in a hygienic manner
- Support food service operations by taking orders, assembling pizzas efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferred; experience in the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Experience in restaurant or food service roles that involve pizza making or similar culinary tasks is advantageous
