LSD°R is a modern pilates studio and movement brand built around thoughtful movement, elevated hospitality, and meaningful community.
With studios in Summerhill and King West and plans for continued expansion, we're building something far bigger than a traditional fitness business.
We're looking for a Growth Manager to help drive the next phase of LSD°R's growth across studios, memberships, partnerships, and future digital offerings.
THE ROLE
This role exists for one reason: To grow LSD°R's membership + sales.
You will be responsible for driving membership growth, increasing retention, generating referrals, building partnerships, supporting studio launches, and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue across the business.
This is a highly visible role that works closely with ownership and has the opportunity to influence the future direction of the company.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Membership Growth
- Drive membership acquisition across all LSD°R locations
- Convert prospective guests into long-term members
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Create referral and ambassador programs
- Manage retention and win-back initiatives
- Support growth of online memberships and digital offerings
Partnerships & Business Development
- Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Build strategic partnerships that increase awareness and membership growth
- Identify corporate wellness and group opportunities
- Represent LSD°R within the community
Studio Launch Support
- Support growth initiatives for future studio openings
- Execute pre-sale and launch campaigns
- Build local awareness in new markets
- Develop community engagement strategies around new locations
Sales Leadership
- Create systems and processes that improve conversion
- Coach front-of-house teams on sales best practices
- Track and report on key growth metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve member acquisition and retention

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles
- Exceptional relationship-building skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about hospitality, wellness, and community
- Preferred experience in boutique fitness studios

COMPENSATION
Base Salary
$50,000 + Performance Incentives
Aggressive bonus structure tied directly to growth metrics including membership growth, retention, partnerships, and revenue performance.
High performers will have significant earning potential beyond base salary.
