Crew Lead / Equipment Operator
We're growing and looking for a solid Crew Lead / Operator to join our team.
If you're the kind of person who can run equipment, lead a crew effectively, make sound decisions
on site, and take pride in building quality work, we'd like to talk.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a small landscape construction crew
- Operating skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other equipment
- Coordinating daily tasks and keeping projects on schedule
- Working alongside the crew when needed
- Maintaining a safe, productive job site
- Delivering high-quality work that you can be proud of
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading landscape construction crews
- Equipment operating experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with clients and team members professionally
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
