Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Well Drillers Assistant to support our drilling operations and construction projects. This role involves assisting with heavy equipment operation, site preparation, and maintenance tasks essential for successful well drilling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the construction and drilling industry. This position offers hands-on experience with various heavy machinery and construction techniques, must have class 3A drivers license.
Duties
- Support the drilling team during drilling projects and other well installation activities.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Support safety procedures by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting on equipment.
- Assist in the transportation of materials using commercial driving skills when necessary.
- Support team members in various construction activities to ensure project efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for driving large vehicles on-site or between locations.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to well drilling and construction processes.

Pay: $27.50-$30.00 per hour
