As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Centre (BDC) Representative who wants more than just another job. What You'll Do
As a BDC Representative, you will play a critical role in creating the first impression for our customers. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications while ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly and professionally to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries.
- Building rapport with customers and identifying their vehicle needs.
- Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Following up consistently with new, existing, and previous customers.
- Managing customer communication through our CRM system.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and lead notes.
- Working closely with the Sales and Finance teams to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving individual and team performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous automotive dealership BDC experience (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of dealership sales or automotive BDC experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience working with dealership CRM software is considered an asset.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
