About Us
Colibri NeuroWellness is a dynamic, client-centered, multi-disciplinary neuropsychology, psychology, therapy and occupational therapy practice dedicated to providing evidence-based, high-quality services to individuals across the lifespan. We are focused on making a positive difference through compassionate and innovative care focused on the whole person. We work with a wide range of clients and many of our clinicians have an interest in working with the neurodivergent community or individuals who have neurological differences. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services within a welcoming, inclusive and neuroaffirming environment.
The Role – Focus On Supporting Your Clients, We’ll Handle the Rest
We’re hiring an occupational therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to children and teens. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who wants to focus on client care (not administrative work), values consultation, and brings warmth and clinical excellence. This role is best suited for those who truly enjoy working with children and see the benefit of working in a team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to primarily children, and possibly teens and adults (if within your area of expertise).
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of psychology staff and therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
- Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing consultation and learning opportunities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: $90-100 per session.
- Referrals and marketing support to help you build a caseload.
- A combination of in-person and virtual work (hybrid).
- Full office services and an administrative team (so you can focus on your clinical work).
- A collaborative team environment with consultation with Psychologists and other team members.
- Conveniently located off of Highway 85 in north Waterloo with free parking.

Our child and teen clients often present with:
· ADHD or self-regulation/executive functioning challenges
