Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendents to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and labor, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to review project blueprints and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are meeting deadlines and safety standards.
- Manage and lead project teams, fostering clear communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, addressing progress, risks, and any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses to prevent cost overruns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Superintentents within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
