About the Role
Sparkle Express Inc. is seeking dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for picking up goods, navigating assigned routes, and delivering orders safely and on time to commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver goods across designated daily routes.
- Load, organize, and unload packages according to delivery schedules.
- Review delivery orders for accuracy and complete electronic proof-of-delivery (e.g., photo capture, client sign-off).
- Communicate promptly with dispatch/management regarding any delays, route issues, or client updates.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Start time will be 6:15AM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (G license or equivalent).
- Reliable personal vehicle (cargo van, SUV, or sedan depending on route needs).
- Smartphone with a reliable data plan for GPS navigation and delivery tracking apps.
- Ability to lift packages up to [e.g., 30–50 lbs] and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong time-management skills, reliability, and customer service attitude.
- Previous commercial delivery or courier experience is an asset.
