Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dispatch team located in Laval, Quebec. As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.
What you're responsible for:

Planning and organizing driver schedules

Confirming pickup details and vehicle status
-
Checking towing availability and offering customers a timeslot
-
Completing order forms and other transactional documents
-
Answering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers

Working collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers
Qualifications

You are bilingual in French and English (required)

You are a strong communicator

You have previous work experience in customer service

You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
