The RPN also participates in discharge planning to ensure clients receive continued health care upon transitioning to the community. Excellent decision-making, flexibility, and engagement and rapport building skills are essential to success in this role. The RN/RPN will also provide consultative services, as needed, to the 4 bed, voluntary Youth Detoxification and Stabilization Treatment Program and the 8 bed, voluntary Recovery Treatment Program.
