The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Art Director and working alongside other designers, you’ll shape and extend the DUER visual language across digital and print. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves typography, sweats the details, and can hold a system together as the brand grows.
What You’ll Do
- Design across the full brand ecosystem, including campaigns, ecommerce, email, social, packaging, in-store graphics, lookbooks, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain graphic systems that scale cleanly across digital and print touchpoints.
- Partner with the Art Director and fellow designers to push the brand forward while protecting consistency.
- Own projects end to end, from concept and exploration to final production-ready files.
- Bring strong typographic craft to every layout, from headline systems to long-form editorial.
- Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, product, and retail teams to translate strategy into work that looks and feels unmistakably DUER.
- Help evolve our brand guidelines as the visual language matures.
- Work with contractors on projects

What You Bring
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally including time in-house at a fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand.
- A portfolio that shows range across digital and print, with a clear point of view on typography and layout.
- Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience designing for UI as well as print production, with an understanding of what each medium demands.
- Proven ability to build and steward graphic systems, not just one-off assets.
- Confidence presenting your thinking and incorporating feedback from creative and cross-functional partners.
- A collaborative working style, a sharp eye, and high standards for craft.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar) for social, web, and campaign work.
- Previous in-house experience at a fashion or apparel company.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
