Bruce Auto Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Labourer to support the general upkeep and maintenance of our commercial properties. This hands-on position is well suited for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, is comfortable with physical work, and takes pride in keeping facilities safe and well maintained.

Assist with general maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep.

Support painting, drywall repair, basic carpentry, and minor renovation projects.

Complete general indoor and outdoor cleanup.

Assist with landscaping, gutter cleaning, and minor exterior repairs.

Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and building materials as required.

Pick up and deliver tools, materials, and supplies between locations.

Safely operate basic hand and power tools.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.

Assist the Facilities Project Manager and Maintenance Technician with projects as needed.

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Perform other general labour and maintenance duties as assigned.

Previous experience in general labour, maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a similar hands-on role is considered an asset.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Comfortable performing physical work and lifting or moving heavy materials.

Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract.
Flexibility to travel between Bruce Auto Group locations as required.
