Help Tell the Stories Behind Toronto’s Most Memorable Pet Moments.
We’re looking for a creative individual with a passion for photography, videography, and storytelling to help capture the moments that make pets and their families smile.
This is a part-time position for someone who enjoys creating engaging social media content while documenting authentic moments through photography and videography. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently, meet deadlines, and help bring our brands to life through meaningful content and visual storytelling.
About Us
Pawsitive Pawadise is a boutique, home-style dog daycare located in Midtown Toronto, focused on creating enriching experiences and meaningful memories for every dog in our care.
We’re also growing Second Paw, an online marketplace giving pre-loved pet accessories a second chance through affordable, sustainable shopping.
In addition, we’re expanding Pawadise Moments, our experiences brand dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for pets and the people who love them. From birthday celebrations and portrait sessions to themed events, keepsakes, special activities, and future private experiences, our goal is to create meaningful memories that families can treasure for years to come through photography, videography, and storytelling.
We’re looking for someone who can help bring all three brands to life through photography, videography, storytelling, and engaging social media content.
Schedule
Approximately 8 hours per week to start (2 consistent shifts per week).
Shift 1 — Second Paw (Content Creation)
Responsibilities include:
- Create 1 Instagram Reel per week
- Create 2 additional social media posts (carousel and/or static posts)
- Write engaging captions
- Select relevant hashtags
- Add appropriate or trending audio
- Schedule content
- Ensure all content follows our brand guidelines and posting schedule
Shift 2 — Pawsitive Pawadise & Pawadise Moments (Photography & Videography)
Responsibilities include:
- Capture high-quality photography and videography during daycare activities, themed events, birthday celebrations, portrait sessions, behind-the-scenes moments, and future hosted experiences
- Work alongside our team to capture authentic interactions while we keep the pets engaged
- Organize and manage media files
- Edit photos and videos
- Prepare content for future posting
As our businesses continue to grow, additional shifts may become available based on business needs and performance.

- Tell authentic stories through content
- Showcase the personalities of our pets and the experiences we create
- Assist during portrait sessions, special events, and future hosted experiences

Requirements
- Photography experience
- Videography experience
- Experience filming and editing Instagram Reels or TikToks
- Portfolio required
- Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, or similar editing software
- Comfortable working around dogs and other pets
- Strong attention to detail while consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Compensation
- Part-time
- Approximately 8 hours per week to start
- $18/hour
- Additional shifts may become available based on business growth and performance
