Full-Time Band Saw Operator – 4 day Afternoon Shift
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Band Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team on a full-time, four-day afternoon shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in a professional manufacturing environment. Previous experience is considered an asset; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate band saws and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up and adjust equipment to meet production requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist in resolving production challenges.
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and gauges.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating band saws or manufacturing equipment is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings.
- Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is preferred.
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
