We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Paralegal to join our Business Services team. This role is essential in supporting the lifecycle management of corporate entities, ensuring accuracy in corporate records, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will work closely with lawyers, clients, and external professionals to execute corporate transactions and maintain high-quality corporate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and current corporate records and minute books
- Prepare and file accurate documents with Corporate Registry
- Ensure compliance with annual and event-driven corporate obligations
- Collaborate effectively with lawyers, clients, and accountants
- Follow instructions thoroughly and execute reorganizations or transactions accurately
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail, file consistency, and record integrity
- Utilize ALF Professional software where applicable to support record management, document generation, and registry submissions
- Facilitate electronic document execution using DocuSign for timely and verifiable client signatures

- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills (ie. Microsoft Office, Outlook and document management systems)
- Maintains professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently
- The successful candidate will work closely with several lawyers in a collaborative, team-based environment, supporting a variety of real estate files.
Education/Experience Required:
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate from an accredited paralegal/legal assistant program (successful career history will be considered)
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory filings
- CORES Level 2 or 3 is required
- Experience in proper execution of legal instructions relating to corporate structure, governance, and transactions is preferred however we are prepared to train a qualified candidate
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
