Responsibilities:
- Assist in store operations, including customer service, inventory, and sales targets.
- Help train and develop team members to provide excellent service and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure store visual standards are maintained and the environment is welcoming and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Minimum three years in sales.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
