Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites to ensure safety and organization
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks when required
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns promptly
- Contribute to inventory management by organizing supplies and tools
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting purposes
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed
