Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian/Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are upheld. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including interior and exterior sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as window washing, floor polishing, and surface disinfecting to uphold a pristine environment.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Setting up tables and chairs for meeting and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within commercial or institutional settings is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and facilities maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in all tasks performed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily duties effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary

Pay: $17.75-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week
