Landmark Search Group is currently partnered with a growing real estate development and property management company who are in need of strong Marketing Manager to join their residential team and manage the marketing for their portfolio of properties, with a specific focus on web design and digital marketing. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Support development and implementation of leasing strategy for large pipeline of new residential apartments coming on line at multiple properties
- Respond to rental inquiries in a timely manner Structure and facilitate educational tours and visits with potential clients in a sales capacity as directed
- Attend relevant events as a leasing representative and “Social Media Reporter” to help tell the developments sales story.
- Maintain content for Residential websites via WordPress.
- Monitor, listen and pro-actively contribute to online conversations with fans, followers and prospective tenants, and establish a presence as the official digital voice of the development.
- Develop strategy & execute digital media advertising plan.
- Develop strategy and editorial calendar for 3 brand new Residential properties on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram accounts (total of 9 accounts).
- Develop, manage & execute content for the accounts, including sourcing original & stock photography and writing captions.
- Produce weekly reporting on social tracking & website visits.
- Capture and analyze relevant data/metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Create collateral, signage and other marketing materials as required.
- Manage & maintain easing show booth program
- Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with third party marketing partners, including media agency and graphic designer as required.
- Manage day to day marketing budget including PO creation/approvals & invoice reconciliations.
- Participates in ongoing Residential status and strategy meetings.
- Identify and build relationships with industry influencers through all Social Media platforms and through direct sales efforts.
- Assist and contribute wherever required with the leasing team.
- Other duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Residential project marketing experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Marketing or Advertising
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or social media
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Advertising AND/OR PR or Social PR
- Strong writing skills with understanding of brand messaging and tone.
- Proficiency with WordPress
- Excellent editing (photo/video) and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Analytics & Hoot Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Suite)
- Exceptional multi-tasking, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Flexibility and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
We are offering a strong compensation package with base salary of $80-95,000 depending on experience with a great bonus and benefits included.
