Western Canada's premier construction staffing agency is hiring skilled labourers for the Okanagan including Penticton, West Kelowna, Kelowna and Vernon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of structures, equipment, and facilities
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in labor or construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
