Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Dental Assistant Level II to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist with dental procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations. This role requires a strong understanding of dental assisting techniques.
This position is for 2 days a week, flexible and relaxed job environment.
The Certified Dental Assistant Level II will play a vital role.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Take and develop dental radiographs
- Manage patient records accurately
- Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support the dental team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Dental Assistant Level II with current licensure or registration
- Proven experience with dental assisting procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
