Job Summary
With 20 years of industry experience, SilverLine Exterior Solutions manufactures and installs premium vinyl windows, doors, and siding. As we expand from single-family residential renovations into the new construction market, we are looking for a highly organized Customer Service & Sales Administrator. In this cross-functional role, you will be the central hub of our daily operations—seamlessly connecting customer service, sales support, and office administration.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Act as the primary receptionist, handling incoming calls and emails.
- Respond to customer warranty claims and service requests.
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Qualify and follow up with existing company leads, and schedule appointments for outside sales reps.
- Prepare quotes and budgets using company software.
- Prepare and send out customer contracts.
Project Operations & Administration
- Manage the complete order process and update the CRM.
- Process CleanBC provincial rebate documentation (pre-approvals and post-installation labels).
- Process credit card payments and assist with Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle general office administration, filing, and internal team coordination.
- Respond to customer warranty claims and service requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or office administration.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a professional, problem-solving attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Strong Assets: Ability to read blueprints; background in windows, doors, or construction.
