Finance Manager – White Rock Hyundai

The Role
As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with customers after their vehicle purchase decision to present financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, and vehicle protection options. You’ll help customers make informed decisions while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations.
This is a key leadership position that directly impacts customers satisfaction, dealership profitability, and long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Experience
- Meet with customers to discuss financing and leasing options
- Present extended warranties, protection products, and insurance solutions
- Explain financial terms and available programs in a clear and transparent manner
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase to delivery
Finance & Insurance
- Arrange financing through lender partners
- Secure competitive rates and financing solutions
- Process finance and lease agreements accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure all vehicle sales are properly referred to the Finance Department
Compliance & Documentation
- Complete all required documentation and disclosures
- Maintain compliance with VSA requirements, lender guidelines, and dealership policies
- Keep accurate and organized customer records
- Ensure all finance documentation is completed prior to vehicle delivery
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Product Advisors and dealership leadership
- Support dealership sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with training and coaching on finance programs and protection products
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive finance experience preferred but not required
- Automotive sales experience considered an asset
- Equivalent industry experience is advantageous
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work within regulated environments while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid VSA License (or ability to obtain licensing)
