We are seeking a dedicated, safety-conscious AZ Over-Dimensional Flatbed Driver to join our team.
In this role, you will transport over-dimensional loads (fiberglass pools) directly to residential customers and dealers, plus assist with yard team and manufacturing process.
Duties Include but not limited to:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver over-dimensional loads up to 16 feet wide, primarily on 1-day trips (occasional 2-4 day trips)

Properly secure flatbed loads to prevent movement in strict compliance with CVSA regulations.

Represent the company professionally while delivering pools to homeowners and contractors.

Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain E-logs, and complete DVIR’s

During slower delivery periods, assist yard team and support the production team in manufacturing process

Maintain company vehicle and equipment in a clean and safe operating condition
-
Perform other duties to support overall operation.

Lift up to 50lbs

Work in varying weather conditions, including rain, hot and cold

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, protective outerwear and safety footwear.

Work in environments with dust, fumes, noise and other manufacturing conditions.

Wear a respirator when required while assisting the production of fiberglass pools.
Qualifications:
-
Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract and CVOR
-
Experience driving flatbed and over-dimensional loads
-
Thorough knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS), E-logs, and DVIR’s
-
Ability to cross into the United States and operate under FMCSR regulation’s is considered an asset but not required
-
Comfortable with smartphone, GPS and electronic logging device.

Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn new skills, including minor pool repairs and assisting in manufacturing during the off-season
-
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to perform manual labour around the facility when not driving
Wages: $27.05 - $33.35 an hour based on experience
