Responsibilities:
· Reliable, punctual, and excellent customer service
· Following post orders, conducting property inspections
· Deescalating incidents, removing unauthorized individuals
· Promptly responding to alarms
· Accurate reporting and documentation
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Professional, self-driven, and able to follow site-specific instructions
· Building positive client relationships
Mandatory Licenses and Certifications:
· Valid BC Security Guard License (BST)
· Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
· Clean Driver's Abstract
· Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
Experience:
· Relevant security experience is highly valued
