Bobby’s Burgers by world-renowned chef Bobby Flay is coming to Canada — and this is your opportunity to be part of it from Day One.
We’re looking for ambitious, talented Assistant General Managers and Kitchen Managers to join the leadership team for the first Bobby’s Burgers location in Canada, opening at The Well in downtown Toronto.
This is much more than an AGM or Kitchen Manager position. It’s an opportunity to help launch a nationally recognized brand and grow with it as we build the Canadian market.
With plans to expand to 65 locations across Canada, the leaders who join us at the beginning will have a unique opportunity to help shape our culture, people, systems and standards — and then take that experience with them as the brand grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching and leading the restaurant, including:
· Building and developing a high-performing restaurant team
· Recruiting, training, coaching and developing future leaders
· Leading both FOH and BOH operations
· Managing labour, scheduling, inventory and restaurant costs
· Delivering an exceptional guest experience
· Establishing the operating standards and culture from Day One
· Helping develop systems and processes that can be replicated across future locations
· Leading from the floor and setting the example for your team
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’re an experienced fast-casual or high-volume restaurant leader who is ready for more.
You are:
· A strong, hands-on leader who genuinely enjoys developing people
· Confident managing a busy, high-energy restaurant
· Experienced with labour, scheduling, inventory and cost control
· A great communicator who leads by example
· Organized, accountable and solutions-oriented
· Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
· Ambition to become a General Manager — and eventually take on bigger leadership opportunities
